How we start

Most engagements follow the same three steps — from first call to running system in under 12 weeks.

Scoping call (1 week)

We map your use case, constraints, and existing data. You get a written technical scope — problem definition, proposed approach, and a realistic delivery timeline — at no cost.

Proof of concept (3-5 weeks)

A working prototype on your data or a representative dataset. Fixed scope, fixed price. You own everything produced — code, models, documentation.

03

Production-grade deployment (4–6 weeks)

Hardened, tested system deployed on your hardware. Handover includes full documentation, a trained model, and a 90-day support window.

Not necessarily. We can recommend, source, and configure the right embedded target for your environment — or integrate with hardware you already have.
What does a fixed-price PoC actually include? +
A working prototype on your data or a representative dataset. Fixed scope, fixed price, fixed timeline. You own everything produced — code, models, training pipelines, documentation. No surprise invoices.
Can you work under NDA? +
Yes. All client data, processes, and technical details are covered under mutual NDA from the first conversation — before any scoping takes place.
Do you outsource? +
No. You engage directly with the technical lead on every engagement. Domain specialists who join specific projects are always vetted and under NDA.
What happens to our data? +
It stays on your hardware. We do not require cloud access, do not retain client data after delivery, and all work product is transferred to you at project close.
